What does Mommy do when she’s mad?<\/p>\n
Does she scream?<\/p>\n
Does she scold the kids for being bad?<\/p>\n
Does she cuss?<\/p>\n
Does she stomp both her feet? <\/p>\n
Does she make a big fuss?<\/p>\n
Does she cry? <\/p>\n
Does she ask God why?<\/p>\n
Does she throw a big tantrum and punch the wall?<\/p>\n
Does she wonder why nobody is listening at all?<\/p>\n
DOES MOMMY YELL? <\/p>\n
No. (not anymore!)<\/p>\n
Mommy has taken an anger management (for parents) class.<\/p>\n
She has learned that she is very normal, at last.<\/p>\n
She now knows the importance of taking care of her self.<\/p>\n
She has stopped putting her needs up high on a shelf.<\/p>\n
She better understands what is making her mad.<\/p>\n
It isn’t the kids, and it’s certainly not Dad. <\/p>\n
She has learned to single each trigger out.<\/p>\n
They no longer build until she screams and she shouts.<\/p>\n
She has learned some positive discipline techniques.<\/p>\n
The house is running so smoothly, she barely needs to speak.<\/p>\n
Now Mommy rarely loses her cool.<\/p>\n
