That was the advice given to me by a group of women at the very first powered parachute fly-in we attended. We were talking about when it would be appropriate for Ava to go flying with Scott. <\/p>\n

It was Friday afternoon and Ava said, “Mommy, can we go flying this weekend?” Knowing Scott didn’t have any airplanes reserved through the club and<\/em> we were finally going to have nice weather, I told her that maybe she could go flying with Daddy on his Powered Parachute. <\/p>\n

When daddy came home she told him that she would like to go flying with him. After making sure he could securely strap in her carseat, he decided to give it a go!<\/p>\n

Scott explained to Ava that they would take off, fly around for a few minutes, and then land. If she liked it, they would go back up. If she didn’t, they would pack up and go home. <\/p>\n

Ava all strapped in, ears protected, ready to go.

As soon as they landed I heard Ava say, “I want to go again! They took off again and went on an 18 minute flight. <\/p>\n
